Lawes, Bin to Challenge NOSSA Boys Curling Championships
Connor Lawes, Dakota Allerston, Emmett Marleau and Brennan Webster (Scollard Hall) defeated Jeremy Bin and Jared Burke of Widdifield to capture the NDA Boys Curling Banner. Both teams will advance to Sault St. Marie at the end of the month for a shot at OFSAA.
Bantam Girls Finish First in York
(Left to right) Sarah Pigeau, Kate Sherry, Brooke Allerston and Calli Barclay won a bantam curling bonspiel in York this past Saturday having travelled with their parents for the occasion. Congratulations on all your hard work paying off!
Elementary School Electives Underway - Volunteeres Needed!
Many elementary schools will be visiting in February and early March to be instructed on the sport of curling. These groups range from 20-40 students and all require volunteer members of the club to guide them. Please contact the club today to express your interest.

Team Brown to Represent at Sr. Men's Provincial Playdown
After winning region 5 on January 29th Mark Brown, Mike Callahan, Brad Beaver and Jamie Graham have been further preparing for the 2012 NOCA Senior Men's Provincial to be hosted by the McIntyre Curling Club in Timmins, Ontario. See Event Site.
The annual Coldwell Banker Bonspiel is a season highlight for many curlers. The split men's and ladies' bonspiel is a traditional format with 3 games guaranteed, dinner and dance on Saturday and cash prizes on Sunday. Register and Pay Online !
Recognzied as one of the greatest parties in bonspieling, the Jamaica sees many travelling and top levels teams join together in celebrating the end of another curling season.
Sab and the bunnies will be in attendance as is tradition, and as usual "all the food you can eat from when you arrive until you leave."
